Right of Withdrawal:
The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in the goods produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer and made SPECIAL FOR PERSONALS by making changes or additions.
Return and Exchange Right:
You have the right to exchange and return the products you have purchased from our site within 14 days from the date of product delivery within the framework of the following criteria.
In case of manufacturing defects in the products
In case of a measurement different from the one you have given
In case of a different product from the product you ordered
In case of any damage caused by cargo (Damage test and report should be prepared)
If you meet at least one of the above criteria, you must submit your return and change request from the support section on our site. The refunds of approved requests are made within 1-7 business days.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
